MiniMax H3

MiniMax H3 Camera Control

Move the camera like a director of photography, online.

Direct MiniMax H3 shots from your browser with camera control prompts and optional references. This is an online generator, not a ComfyUI node or API endpoint. No API key, checkpoints, or local install are needed. Write a shot, optionally add a public video URL as a camera reference, then sign in to generate up to 2K video.

Camera moves you can direct

Describe a dolly-in, crane-up, orbit, handheld push, pull-back, or static tripod hold. Start with one clear movement and one subject action. Choose up to 2K and 15 seconds in the generator; test a short shot before committing more credits to a longer version.

Dolly-in

Move closer to the subject for a reveal or detail shot. Name what should remain centered and where the camera should stop.

Crane-up

Rise above a subject to reveal its surroundings. Describe the starting height and the composition you want at the end.

Orbit

Travel around a product or character. Specify direction and keep the subject position clear to reduce unwanted drift.

Handheld push

Move forward with subtle handheld energy. Describe how restrained the movement should be instead of asking for random shake.

Static tripod

Hold the frame steady while the subject acts. State that the camera should remain fixed without panning or zooming.

180-degree pan

Turn across the scene from a fixed position. Name the opening and closing view so the intended reveal is clear.

Reference motion

What a camera reference controls

A reference clip can guide the camera path, pace, or handheld feel of a new scene. Paste a public HTTPS video URL into the first reference field and explain what should transfer. This is generative guidance, so it does not promise an exact copy of the original movement.

Combine the clip with an image reference to guide subject appearance, or use another source for the environment. The tool accepts up to 9 images, 3 videos, and 3 audio clips. Signed-in users can upload images; video and audio references currently use URLs. Choose sources you are authorized to use.

Separate subject action from camera motion: for example, ask a person to stand still while the camera moves around them. If your source has a moving subject and a moving camera, identify which motion you want to keep. Compare the result with that instruction and adjust one variable on each retry.

Questions

MiniMax H3 camera control FAQ

Is this a ComfyUI node or a camera control API endpoint?

No. This page is an online MiniMax H3 generator with prompt presets and optional reference inputs. You do not need ComfyUI, an API key, checkpoints, or a local installation. Sign in and review the credit estimate before submitting a generation.

What camera moves can MiniMax H3 control?

Use the dolly-in, crane-up, orbit, handheld push, static tripod, and 180-degree pan presets, or describe another movement such as a pull-back in your prompt. Presets add shot instructions; they are not a precise timeline or a guarantee of an exact camera path.

What does a camera reference do?

A reference video can guide camera motion and pacing in a new scene. Add a public HTTPS video URL and describe which movement should carry over. Results vary, so review framing and motion before using the output.

Do I need to pay or install anything to try it?

No installation or personal API key is needed. You can write a prompt and choose settings before signing in. Image uploads and generation require an account; generation uses the credits shown beside the Generate button.

Can I generate without a reference video?

Yes. With no references, the tool generates from your prompt and selected camera preset. Add images, videos, or audio when you want those sources to guide the shot.

What reference limits and output settings are available?

You can combine up to 9 images, 3 video URLs, and 3 audio URLs. Choose 768P or 2K output, a duration between 4 and 15 seconds, and the aspect ratio shown in the generator.
