Open Account & Billing to review the recorded subscription and use the provider-specific cancellation instructions. Support can help when a provider does not expose self-service controls.

You can select a larger plan from this page. The payment sheet shows the exact amount and billing cadence before it sends you to the configured provider.

Credits are added after the payment provider confirms the charge by webhook. The checkout status page keeps checking until that confirmation arrives.

Use a credit pack for a one-time top-up. Pack credits sit beside subscription credits and can be used by supported generators.

Failed generations can be returned as credits when no usable output is delivered. Subscription or pack refunds are reviewed against usage and processor rules.

The effect depends on the payment provider and is shown in Account & Billing. Do not assume a renewal is canceled until the provider or support confirms it.

Canceling renewal does not automatically refund a partial period. You keep access for the time already paid.

Credits from an active subscription remain usable after cancellation where they are still valid under the account rules.

Credit packs are one-time purchases for extra generation capacity. They are useful for bursts, tests, or occasional work without changing a plan.

Receipts are sent to the email on the account after successful payment. Support can help with invoice requests when additional details are needed.
