MiniMax H3 can use video as reference input. When a video reference is included, billing is based on both source duration and generated output. MiniMax H3 Mini uses fewer credits than the standard model.

Cost changes with model, resolution, duration, and whether you include video input. A 5-second 1080p generation without video input uses 150 credits; a 3-second video reference with a 5-second output uses 160 credits.
Unused subscription credits can carry forward while the subscription remains active, so unfinished capacity is not lost at the end of a normal month.
You can cancel renewal from account settings. The plan stays available through the paid billing window already on your account.
Yes. Upgrades can be started from account settings, and billing is adjusted for the remaining part of the current cycle where supported.
After an upgrade, the new plan credit allowance is applied for the active cycle, with any already used credits accounted for.
Use a credit pack for a one-time top-up. Pack credits sit beside subscription credits and can be used by supported generators.
Failed generations can be returned as credits when no usable output is delivered. Subscription or pack refunds are reviewed against usage and processor rules.
Canceling turns off the next renewal. Your current plan access remains available until the paid period ends.
Canceling renewal does not automatically refund a partial period. You keep access for the time already paid.
Credits from an active subscription remain usable after cancellation where they are still valid under the account rules.
Credit packs are one-time purchases for extra generation capacity. They are useful for bursts, tests, or occasional work without changing a plan.
Receipts are sent to the email on the account after successful payment. Support can help with invoice requests when additional details are needed.
Business invoice requests can be reviewed by support. Send the account email, company information, and order reference.
