MiniMax H3 Studio is an independent workflow interface and is not an official MiniMax product. Model names identify supported generation routes and do not state ownership, sponsorship, or endorsement.

Your inputs and responsibilities

You are responsible for prompts, uploaded references, permission to use those materials, consent from depicted people where required, and the lawful use of every output. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing material.

Outputs and commercial use

Commercial usage rights are available only where the selected plan states that benefit. They remain subject to your input rights, applicable law, and applicable model restrictions. The service does not promise that an output is unique, non-infringing, or suitable for a regulated or high-risk decision.

Credits and availability

The generator shows a credit estimate before submission. Availability, processing time, model capabilities, and credit costs can change. A verified generation failure may return credits under the published refund rules; a completed generation normally consumes the displayed charge.

Billing and renewal

Checkout shows the exact billing cadence and amount before transfer to the configured payment provider. Annual equivalent monthly prices are comparison figures; the annual total is charged on the annual cadence. Renewal and cancellation effects depend on the payment provider and must be confirmed.
