MiniMax H3 is provided for lawful image and video creation. You are responsible for the prompts you submit, reference materials you upload, permission to use those materials, and any use of the final output.

Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, misleading, exploitative, or rights-infringing content. Model availability, pricing, credit usage, and plan features may be updated as providers, costs, and product capabilities change.
