The service stores account identifiers, authentication records, credit balances, checkout and order records, prompts, uploaded reference files, generation settings, task identifiers, results, failure messages, and security logs needed to operate the workspace.

Why we use it

Data is used to authenticate accounts, submit and monitor requested jobs, restore drafts and history, calculate and return credits, confirm payments, prevent abuse, investigate failures, answer support requests, and maintain service reliability.

Generation processing

Prompts, reference files, and required job settings are processed only when needed to complete a request or investigate a failure. This processing is governed by applicable service terms and privacy practices. Do not upload material you are not permitted to use for generation.

Training and sale of data

MiniMax H3 Studio does not sell personal information and does not use customer prompts or reference files to train its own models. This statement does not replace any applicable third-party terms.

Retention and deletion

Workspace content remains available while the account needs it. Billing, fraud-prevention, and security records may be retained where required to resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. To request deletion of account content, email support with the account address. The service will confirm what can be deleted and what must be retained.
